Carrers Beyond Disability
In 2004 we started working with individuals who were in job and career transition, helping them to explore self employment in franchise businesses.
As our client population took on more diversity we saw the growing need to provide services for those individuals with special needs or recently disabled who were being shut out from job opportunities.
We joined the Social Security Disability program, Ticket To Work, in 2006 in order to have a great impact in providing our programs across the country.
In 2009 we rolled out our cornerstone program, Job Security through Business Ownership™, designed to create a lifetime career with support programs for the special needs - disabled individual within a franchise business, owned by the individual and family.
- In 2010 a new program, Job Security through Business Coop™ was introduced as having the same design and purpose as Job Security through Business Ownership™program with the modification of having several families pool their financial resources towards buying into a franchise.
